🍽️ Recipe Title: Sponge Cake

📝 Story:

A light and fluffy British classic filled with jam and cream.

 

🛒 Ingredients:

200g butter

200g sugar

4 eggs

200g flour

1 tsp baking powder

Jam & cream

 

👨‍🍳 Method:

Cream butter and sugar.

Add eggs one at a time.

Fold in flour and baking powder.

Bake at 180°C for 20–25 mins.

Cool, add jam and cream, sandwich together.

Dust with icing sugar for presentation.
